| as time went on Chloe had lost consciousness. bandit was stressed. the stallion pacing the railing of the arena. the child had since wandered away. bandit was growing increasingly agitated with no one to help calm him town. he soon broke out of the arena and somehow found his way to the road. |

| Jaden got in, blasting some Kid Rock and driving off. |

| Bandit got up but the rider didn't. Bandit stood there looking at Chloe's unmoving form. The child kept wailing and bandit was getting agitated and neighed out. Chloe lay there her whole body in pain. She felt her head spinning. |

| Jaden whistled as he mucked out Cash's stall, not minding the arena craze. People fell off everyday, surely there wasn't a difference. Anyway, he carefully mucked out every dropping before dusting himself off and walking to his truck. |
|
| Chloe was concentrated on jumping and hadn't noticed the stable owners kid had wandered into the arena where she was practicing. Bandit saw the kid and so did Chloe just in time but to avoid the child she had to take a dangerous turn. Bandit slipped and fell over landing on top of Chloe. The child screamed as the horse and rider crashed drawing attention to the arena. |

Jaden walked the gelding into the crossties, undoing his cinches and breastcollar before pulling off the saddle. His spurs clinked softly as he turned Cash out, the horse sprinting off. The man chuckled, walking back in as he noticed the large amount of dirt and grime on hhs jeans. He didn't mind, dirt built character as his dad always said. |

| Nadia Hanson, 26 s/h | Wilbur, Bay TB Gelding
She led the 16.2 bay from the barn to the outdoor arena. It was already set with only a couple 2'3 jumps - perfect for what she had in mind for their training session. They were decked out in matching forest green - his saddle pad and ear bonnet, and her long sleeve and breeches.
Pushing open the gate, the pair walked in, and it closed shut behind them. At the mounting block, Wilbur stood still as he had been taught - although with a cookie tax. Nadia adjusted her position in the saddle, feet in the stirrups, and hands comfortably holding the reins. When she was settled, she leaned over his shoulder and paid the cookie tax.
They had been working at a nice working walk, his hind legs were stepping well underneath his body, and he was using his barrel. After a couple of laps, Nadia cued for the trot, easily rising to his big gait. She let him move long and low and sat in a light seat to allow him more freedom in his shoulders and back. He had a nice floaty hunter trot and had his head nice and low, stretching through his back. They warmed up slowly with a few laps around the arena, adding circles and serpentines in both directions.
Sitting more solidly in the saddle, she collected the reins for more contact, slid her outside leg slightly back and kept a steady balance in her inside leg; with barely a thought asking for the canter, Wilbur understood and transitioned to the faster gait.
Again, she shifted to a half seat and allowed for the bay to pick up slight speed as he moved. She didn't try to control or overly influence how he moved as she wanted him to warm up and use his body comfortably. It was on the second lap of the first direction that Nadia started to play with the contact, asking him to bring his nose in a bit and gather his hindlegs beneath him. She added in a circle that was half the arena to help collect and utilize his whole body. |

| chloe had gotten back to the stables after a doctor check-up. she still had the wrist brace on but attempted to tack up bandit anyway. she got the saddle pad on fine and the half pad. she placed the saddle on his back and the breastplate over his neck. she then grabbed the girth and put it on one side. she then did it up and got it done but it was a bit loose. after she clipped the lower strap of the breastplate onto the girth. the little buckles were a challenge, and she couldn't seem to get the left side done up. she then moved to boots but the pressure of doing up the straps hurt her wrist quite a bit so shed have to use the Velcro strap boots. after 20 minutes bandit had his boots on and shed finally gotten the breastplate to cooperate, she then put on his bridle and her helmet and went to the jump arena. despite having a broken wrist, she rode bandit well and the pair soared over jumps like champions. Chloe's Olympic style of jumping became recognisable, and she feared someone would figure out who she really was. |

| Crystal stood in her stall, bored, she heard a mare nicker out and winnied back. She wished Savannah came and turned her out to pasture, but the girl was no where to be seen |

| ♡the mare noticed the new arrival. She watched as they trained, and laughed and played. She would softly nicker as she did. Her actions of watching and observing were interrupted by a girl who looked to be in her teens approaching. She had relatively muscular legs and arms, and deep red hair. Her striking appearance struck the mare as she had never seen anything like it. Out of curiosity, her ears perked forward as she made her way closer and closer to the girl. She watched the young girl lift her left arm up to reveal a halter and lead rope. The mare could hardly believe what she was seeing. Could the girl be trying tk ride her? Out of excitement she tried forcing her cranium inside of the halter as quickly as possible. Her frenzy was then stopped by the girl.
"Easy there girl!". She commanded. Her voice was smooth like silk, but firm like stone. That made the mare more apt to obey. She softly began to pull the halter on the mares face, and buckle all the billets. She then began to walk her out as she patted her side. The mare could feel every movement, and leaned into the girls touch. |

| Matt smiled back to the rider and cast an admiring eye over her Mare. He remembered seeing pictures and videos of horses like her but hard as he tried couldn't think what they were called. By the time he considered asking they were too far away. Hopefully he'd get another chance, or maybe look it up online later. If that didn't slip his mind too!
He carried on working although it was definitely way more tiring than normal. He knew that sitting around at home wasn't going to get his strength back. On the other hand, he didn't need to overdo it. |

| Savannah trotted Crystal around the arena after almost two hours of practice as a cool down, she leaned forward and patted her horses neck "Good job!" She condoned the mare before dismounting and leading Crystal back to the stables, she saw a guy with a wheelbarrow, not sure what to say she just nodded her head to him and smiled then continued on, putting Crystal in the wash bay and untacking her, she hosed her down then brushed over her coat, removing any sweat.
She then put Crystal in the third stall down and fed her some grain before exiting the stables and going back to her car to get something to eat |

| *I'm not sure this is exactly what the doctor meant by fresh air* Matt thought as he emptied the wheelbarrow after mucking out. It was his first day back at work after quite a severe bout of Flu and he'd hoped maybe they'd take it just a little bit easier on him. Instead there was a backlog of tasks that apparently didn't get done while he was off sick.
The sight of an unfamiliar white Horse made him half-wonder if he was imagining things. He even touched his forehead to check the fever hadn't returned. Then as he headed back across the yard he spotted a vehicle he didn't recognise either and figured it must be someone new. His mind might be slower than usual in working that out but at least it wasn't a hallucination. |

| Savannah drove into the property, hoping she was at the right place, she pulled over and got out, she checked her phone to make sure she was at the right place. Then went to the trailer and unloaded her white Lipizzaner mate "Come on Crystal, this'll be your new home girl" She coaxed the mare out, she was so happy to have this dressage show horse, she was pretty! Savannah smiled proudly as she leaded the horse into the stables "How would you feel about your first ride?" She asked the mare.

Crystal backed out and contently followed her new owner, when Savannah asked if she was up for a ride she perked her ears, eager to show off to the other horses, she nickered to the lady.

Savannah smiled "Well I guess that's a yes?" She tacked up Crystal and rode into the indoor dressage arena, she started with a few easy warm ups then got started |

| Chloe got her wrist in a brace. she wasn't supposed to ride for the next couple of weeks. but also, when had she ever listened to doctors. she tacked bandit up and mounted. maybe just a trail ride today. on her trail ride a calf can running past that wasn't supposed to be out here. Chloe got bandit cantering after it the dismounted catching it. it was small enough for her to lift onto bandits saddle she the rode supporting the calf, back to the stables |

| ♡the mare turned to the sound of thundering hooves. It seemed to be a man and his gelding passing by at a gallop. She lifted her paw , striking the ground beneath her in a slightly aggravated frenzy. She couldn't remember the last time she had been ridden, let alone galloped. Her ears shot back and her tail swished gently. She then picked up a lengthened canter and moved from one side of the pasture to the other. Her eyes squinted softly as she tried to make out if any riders were near by. She assumed she could possibly make a scene to get one to come and see her. That was all she really could do .☆ |

| Jaden galloped Cash down the fenceline, the gelding's mane whipping in the man's face as he held the reins with one hand, his other hand holding down his black felt hat as the horse's hooves thundered upon the rich dirt below. |

| ♡what seemed to be a white cloud from far away, up close--was a dominant white mare. She was a world reknowned racer> "killer of champions", or, "amen", who was currently retiring in her late teens. (16.) She had won many races and proved herself to her registry, and now all she had to do was to sit back and relax. Her days were full with meeting other mares and studs/stallions, and galloping freely along the pastures until she was assigned a rider, to which didn't happen every so often. She sat there, softly lifting her crest to her full height at 17 hands, and allowed her mane to blow in the calm summer breeze. Her ears would twitch every now and then upon hearing the noises of other equines near and afar.☆ |

| the next day Chloe didnt ride. she could barely do her usual jobs as her arm really hurt. around lunch she went to the hospital to get checked out and it turned out she had re fractured her wrist and forearm. she got it in a cast and sling and went back to the stables |

| Chloe looked up at Jaden, she was winded but that was all. and a bit pissed at Ryan for raising the jump. she didn't know how high it was. "Good ish just sore" she barely managed to say. "How high is it set?" she was only supposed to jump up to 80cm |

| Jaden was closest to her, holding Jazz's reins as he and Dmitri talked. When Chloe crashed through the jump, he hopped the fence--landing and checking if she was okay. "You alright?" He asked, voice smooth. |

| Chloe had tacked up bandit early that morning. her friend was coming over to help her jump a bit higher. Chloe had already set up the 2 jumps but at 60cm, she was pushing herself a little today. her friend came and she greeted him with a smile. Ryan was his name. Ryan often pushed Chloe too hard, but it helped most the time. Chloe was jumping the jumps but when she wasn't looking Ryan but the jumps up 10cm higher.
Chloe jumped them without realising but then it moved up to 80cm then to 90cm, at 90cm Chloe realised. "They look higher Ryan." she said concerned but Ryan said it was her mind playing tricks. she jumped them easily, but Ryan put them up 20cm this time, the jumps were now at 1.10, Chloe wasn't sure but attempted to jump. bandit noticed the jump being high without him being able to have a look and refused. Chloe fell off and crashed through the jump. |

| Jaden rolled in late, quickly tacking up Cash and riding him around before hopping off and getting on Jazz before making his way to the arena. Dmitri met him there, putting the jumps up to 1.80 for the two to make a course on. Jaden jumped is excellently, Jazz hunting the jumps as his rider guided him. Dmitri did well too, him dressed in usual English riding attire while Jaden wore his usual button up, jeans, boots, and his black Stetson hat. |

| Chloe rolled her eyes, what would that guy know anyway. she lowered the jumps back to trot poles and mounted. it had taken her months to get back over trot poles. just the idea of going between two jump wings had scared her. maybe that guy was right she just had to find a bit of faith.

a few weeks had passed, and Chloe had been slowly jumping bandit higher getting up to 50cm with no issues. she hoped to find the guy and for one thing learn his name |
