| I thought it was normal to only have a dog for weeks to maybe 2 years 🤦♀️ because there is at least 8-10 I remember him killing. Red, that is horrifying :( |

| When I was younger my parents used to make me keep my Guinea pigs outside. A huge carpet python got into their cage and ate one of them. Dad and I then had to release it back out into the bush |

| Issy, that’s awful. My dad was the guy that would shoot my own dog in front of me if he didn’t like it or if it chased a chicken so yeah. Fun guy. |

| Lol cute Fang. My dad was the same. "Don't name the cows" he said. Anyway so I named 1 cow Red and one named Caramel X) they were grazers. Not actually ours. BUT I grew fond of them. And then saw a truck pull up on one of our paddocks. I climbed the garage roof and watched Caramel get shot. I was traumatised. |

| So now they are all locked in and I carry my turkey to the pen as well since he cannot roost high. Every night. |

| It took one of my birthday bought ducks as well. The one night I did not shut it. It went into the pen. I felt so bad. |

| Unfortunately hard to catch a coyote. I can’t set foothold traps because of the dogs. Legally I can dispatch it whenever I see it but it’s like 1-3am and I never heard anyone squeal :/ |

| Red sadly my only Afro duck was sitting on eggs and she got eaten by the coyote. So did my other momma duck. I locked them all up for 2-3 weeks and now only let out during the day. It’s so sad because I wanted to see mommas with babies. They were sitting in bushes/under a shed. |
