| bird - ugh right? I'm on a tiny ass dose but without it I don't get enough deep restful sleep. hoping I can change that eventually but...it's been 10ish years now... |

| I did 16hrs in economy.. that shit is not for the weak I just get up and down a lot cause I can't sleep on planes and my legs hurt (I'm tall so that doesn't help) |
