| Black chestnut can be re-roll onto a horse as long as they have the right combo of genes? |

| Theres that and Im responsible for tracking over 26 THOUSAND pieces of information on the daily due to being administratively responsible for 90 personnel... No exaggeration.. if anything this is an underestimate... |

| Never failed the exam so Im not so worried about that.. it takes A LOT to fail.. I got 99th percentile when I made my last promotion.. that means I scored better than 99% of my peers... but I did the math and only got like a 61% on the exam XD.. Military is dum dum... |

| and even if I pass the test, I may not be eligible for promotion.. and even if I am eligible for promotion, my record has to be reviewed to ensure "sustained superior performance". And even if I have sustained superior performance it depends on how many quotas for the next paygrade and my job LOL its a freaking nightmare. I wont know about THAT until mid august |
