| Iv been sipping water slowly plus side I don't seem to be being sick anymore but not eating much still just eating like few spoons of soup and soft foods but still going dizzy still coughing bad ect just feel awful |

| I'm really not good I had that flu bug what was going round but then eventually I did get better but then it come back but 10 times worse kept being sick going dizzy everytime I got up couldn't eat ect so ended up in hospital I'm back home but still feel awful |
