That's such a good idea Khaos, too many riders these days overhorse themselves and the solid little rideable animals are dying out. We're too busy caring about big and flashy and scopey and forgetting about *rideable* and *enjoyable* and *fun*

That's fun, Elys 👀 I used to teach with a POA that was just a solid, chill little dude. Would barely walk unless the kid meant business, but after camp hours ended me and the other counselors would play around on the horses and I ended up jumping him 3' bareback. Lil fatty just hauled himself over it and kept going. He was a good good pony

The POA as a club is dying so they are bringing in adults that don't want big horses
The Feral Equine
My gelding is a very good example of the POA. He has a great temperment and just a chill dude. His confirmation is okay there are things I would change if I could but I adore him

I really dislike Halter-bred horses. It makes me so sad. It is supposed to SHOWCASE a breed. Not make them unsound to ride.

Ugh that's awful. There's no functionality. The point of a POA is to be sane and sound for small children NOT to be a beef cow
Sunset River Arabian
Okay I'm about ready to pass out. I need to eat so I can sleep
Sunset River Arabian
I think 3 does total now? Not counting the old lady goat. I think the other girl was bred not too long ago so she'll have her babies late spring, or maybe summer.
