| take a deep breath as often as you feel overwhelmed, bring water to sip throughout the day, make a list of questions you can think of before going but don't be afraid of a "stupid question" since there's no such thing (except maybe inappropriate ones, but I don't think you're in danger of that), make note of things you didn't expect that are different or the same about high school vs middle school, and don't be afraid to just soak it all in, be in the moment |
