| I think keeping older things alive is cool. Vinyls, flip or slide phones, records, etc. Your parents are doing it out of love, just remember that even if it feels like the opposite. |

| my first phone was a flip phone when I was aroud 13 just to simply take photos on. no service. Then an iPod touch when I was 14/15,shortly after that an iPhone with no data service either lol. Wifi only, got made fun of everyone for years. It's definitely hard. |

| I found what works best is to just let them make fun of you and even make fun of yourself. They get bored after awhile. I did that firsthand when word got out about my fursuit lol. |
