Jericho - I usually add a bit of lemon since it keeps the apples from going brown while it marinates in spices and sugars lol

If you add a little lemon or orange juice, only like a table spoon, it really brings the apple flavor out and makes it a little juicier
Sweet Valley
My recipe is 4 ¼ pounds (1925g) baking apples, about 8 large apples 1/2 cup (100g) light or dark brown sugar 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg 2 tablespoons (16g) cornstarch 1 tablespoon (14g) butter 1 large egg If you want it you can message me and I'll send you the link to the website its off of. Its REALLY yummy

And to make it GF just make sure to use GF vanilla and use GF bisquick. No change to measurements, measures 1:1

I think I will be cooking this week end!! Crepes, pasta, chiken and then some desert :)
Jericho Stables
Oh, and you put everything in a blender. Like smoothy blender, not hand mixer. And vanilla of course, forgot that, like 1/2 tsp

Yeah, super super easy. Its like 1 can of pumpkin puree (not pie filling), 3 eggs, 1 block of cream cheese, 1/2 cup bisquick mix, 1/2 cup white granulated sugar, 1/3 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 tsp ginger, 1/3 tsp nutmeg. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Or something to that effect. If you want the exact recipe shoot me a message and I'll grab it. I tend to measure with my heart lmao

OMG sounds so yummy! I usally put no cinamon but put jelo sugar in there when baking the apples :)
Sweet Valley
Luxers - I am hungry thinking about it! My apple pie usually is very flavorful because I let the apples sit with cinnamon, sugar and whatever other spices for 1 hour and then bake
