Sketti cuddles up and purrs to the vets. But walking in those doors initially is a nightmare that screeches. Like, actually.

Ravenwood Probably because the skin is smoother and all over your body you have atleast peach fuz hair that holds the dirt but scars don't
The Undercity
Kiwi He really is! he is the best he didn't even hiss or anything when the tech took his temp and they all loved him

I don't think that scar will go away lol. I feel like it's pretty common they stay somewhat perpetually

@Bird, lmao can relate. On top of my girls monthly $200 vet visit, she *always* manages to find herself in some strange situation. Like last week, after I'd already had a stressful day she decided to start scooting around, had something stuck. And that same visit got conformation that her ear infection is back for the 3rd time this year. I have no idea how much she's costed me this year alone XD

Angel, I think it's always a possibility. Surgical scars are funky things lol

Jeri, Yeah, this scar is odd, too. The other two are flat and normal, but this last one is kinda funky. Totally normal, but stings and does NOT feel normal to touch
Angels angels
Versa Yeah I was kind of thinking that too. Just nerves that never healed just randomly wake up xD
Jericho Stables
Versa, my c-section scar is painful when pressed on. It feels really weird when touched too, not a "normal" feeling. And its been seven years as of yesterday since my last c-section
