| And when you factor in getting a good straw to use on the mare, plus an item, I feel it may be out of reach for anyone who isn’t a super established player. Again, not saying that is ‘wrong’ but just it makes the market v small |

| I’ve been looking at embryos as a good way to build up my broodmare herd, but they are just so expensive. Not saying they aren’t worth it, but it may price a lot of the market (people who don’t have good mares) out. Just my experience, but that might contribute to the feeling of them being dead |

| Mine is anything above 3 mil, but not when I have a rollover that will be like 8 mil or something. Need to add it up and find out who is being used and who isn't. |

| I have so many mares on my accounts and embryos are dead. Like no one wants them. No idea why. So many potentially good matches and nothing. Hope the economy improves. At this rate I won't be doing anything but my own from.now on |
