| Mellow, That's crazy! There are a ton of tractors here. I refuse to go around anything that I can't see around. What really had me mad was the fact the owner of the company looked at me and was like "well the only reason why you still have your job is because you're a good worker." I'm like, first off ew for him saying it like that, and second like if that's the only reason I'm still here then that means they needed me more than I needed them. They still haven't found anyone to replace me haha |

| brooke, right?! its crazy!! i had a manager say i was "lying" when i told her i was late because i was stuck behind a tractor... wasnt a tiny one, it was one of those huge combines that take up the whole road.. im not passing that when i cant see!! plus i was the furthest employee being 50 mins away from work and was never late, or called in sick the 3 years i worked there , the only time i took off was for a double kidney infection and uti combo . i was so mad lol quit later on when my manager tried giving me grief that i wasnt a "team player" for not saying goodmorning to everyone everytime i came in.. like yall are busy on the phones im not going to disrupt everyones work flow tf xD |

| I totally understand that Mellow! My last job was probably my first true professional job. It was going great until they hired the world's worst manager. Couldn't make it into work for a week due to all the snow & ice we got here in Jan. They said I was "lying" about not being able to get out, but yet, in 2 years, I'd only ever missed work due to weather (lots of snow and or ice), and being sick once. I ended up quitting on the spot because they basically berated me for 30-45mins in a "meeting" and still expected me to work that same day as if nothing happened. The job world is absolutely insane right now😩the amount of jobs that just ghost you after you apply for them is honestly gross |
