| hmmm I will have to take a look into the osteo. I am on omegas for cardiac and have tried a glucosamine product but did not get any relief from it |

| Its just a part of life, some days suck others arent so bad. Just happy I have the mobility I do and I do my best to keep active to, like Void said, keep muscle around my joints. We all go through our struggles! |

| I also just legit guinea pigged myself and tried various supplements to see what helped lol |

| The same ligament went on both knees within a very short time span. One just pinged when I was out for a walk round the village, then a couple of weeks later I was hobbling round turning horses out on mud and the left one went. Never felt pain like it, I could hobble around a bit but if I put my foot down wrong it felt like id broken my leg |
