Everyone going for Apricot lol
Red Panda Hollow
Kas That's fair. Maybe I'll start hanging onto a couple WW colts than

I remember when I was trying for apricots.... I think that was like... 2015 haha
Merryland Farm
I'm just so happy and relieved that the RF has finally decided to be kind to me. It took me literally 10 real life years to get any progress onto the TBLBs
Jericho Stables
Ugh that apricot is so pretty. I'm glad to see that people have gotten some high rated apricots. That has been a long time goal for so many people
Kasterborous
Athena ah, yeah I usually keep 1-2 of the "least crappy" boys to use on last minute breeding because I have a tendency to wait until the last minute to breed and I run out of ebs. But for broods (and even just mares I don't like much) I try to find boys that are 20k or less. No use wasting money on crappy mares

-HEE Click- I have this apricot match planned for next RO..... fingers crossed and double crossed
Merryland Farm
Oh, and puck, my WWW apricot filly went all up! Now if I can just manage a colt... -HEE Click-
Red Panda Hollow
Kas Except I dont really keep studs lol. I've been trying to use boys that are 50k or less but 20 mares adds up. Right now my training cull is anything 3+ up Wk4 and 8 is a keeper. and AU 5 and 9 obviously
Kasterborous
Athena at that point I just toss them at my own studs so I'm not spending money. Usually kept the geldings and FR'd the fillies unless they were excellent (and even then they usually ended up being more broodmares)
Merryland Farm
I have had the worst luck with boys. I've always gotten tons of colts who all flop, regardless of lineage and svens
Red Panda Hollow
Kas I've been doing that. But than if they don't get bred before training RO, I do it myself and I feel like it's still a money sink
