Gladius, Agreed! I wish I had figured out in high school what I wanted to do for my career. I feel like a lot of people figure out what they want to be/do in that time. And here I am at 24 still not exactly knowing what I want to do xD I'm not thinking I want to stay in the business of selling signs forever haha

brooke - honestly comm college is a great way to do that. just get your core classes out of the way, and even if you don't end up going for a 4 year maybe a 2-year degree is more your swing. gives you time to figure it out. you definitely don't have to have it planned out for the next 30 years when you're still in high school

Could have been better but I'm not complaining -HEE Click-

Gladius, Definitely doesn't sound too bad! My only issue is that I've got no clue what I want to do long-term x.x
Gaelic Gladiacres
and you get college credit. I basically knocked out all my core requirements before going to my 4 year college in the 2-3 years I took 2-3 classes at the college, so I got to do more electives

brooke - the good thing about community college is it's a lot more like homeschooling, you show up 2-3 times a week, learn the material, go home and do homework in between classes, live your life, get graded and move on haha it's a loooot less rigid than public school
CarterStables
Gladius, I was all over the place lol. Started private, then public, switched to a different private school, went to a public middle school for about almost 2 years, then finally to homeschooling/long distance school. I've thought about community college here and there, but I feel like it would be rough to get back into the swing of school stuff lol. I've been out of school for so long.
Sweet Valley
All I need is for an evaluator to look at our stuff each year and pass us.
Gaelic Gladiacres
void - yeaaaaah. my brother was bullied relentlessly (I got teased too but I'm a lot more hotheaded than him) to the point he finally had it and smacked a boy with his backpack. he got in trouble and the year-long tormenter didn't ( :
Gaelic Gladiacres
diva - yeah that's completely valid and fair. unfortunately some people just don't do well in large groups or certain learning methodologies as others
Whitewolf
As long as the parents or whoever puts in the effort to actually teach them cool, I just can’t help but think of the lazier ones who don’t give a crap you know.
The Old Gods
My step-sister legit had to be pulled out of school because she was failing, taught at home for a year to get her to where she needed to be, then enrolled in a different school.
