| issy - raptor is just another name for the classification of predatory birds, such as the ones void said usagi - oh man that's awesome. who needs a guard dog when you have a horse xD |

| I hate when that happens. when I was 5, I was washing my parents truck with my mom, and our old mare, Annie was making these weird noises so my mom looked around. turns out the coyotes were right around the corner, so my mom carried me in. Thanks to the mares weird sounds, we didn't get attacked or anything! |

| omg I just about had a heart attack. the *weirdest* animal sound(s) I think I've ever heard not far from my window, and at first it sounded like cats so I was like "oh no my cat is outside he's fighting a local stray or something" but no, it sounded worse/bigger actually O_O and we do have coyotes and foxes and a handful of raptors. thankfully the furbaby is okay and inside, although his purring sounded stressed (he was a feral the first 18 months of his life and good at running to safety but still) |
