| they're extra molars, river. not everyone has them/has them actually come up, and you don't *have* to get them removed but they do tend to hurt until you do :( |

| Had mine removed. Worst part of the whole thing was the day of. Anxiety leading up to the surgery and then just feeling chilled the rest of the day from the anesthesia |
