| Sugar it's honestly good to work out, I walk all day for work and haul around a heavy bucket all day so I refuse to work out anymore.XD |

| Nah, my job required a functional fitness test before moving my role and I thought I was only going for a medical test, not including the functional fitness XD My nurse kept getting concerned over my heart rate not returning to normal quick enough. I was wearing denim jeans, and a long sleeve cotton button up. I was NOT dressed for full body cardio/weight lifting |
