| Wouldn't bother with anything less than WWE- stick to WWW if you can for boys. It's probably more economical to use public studs, then you might get lucky and breed one for your own use. Usually people only sell shit studs so I'd not bother buying one personally |

| It's easier to breed a single W in SD for sure (so with mares rated AWS for example), but if you're wanting to work towards breeding WWWs you want to stick to eventing and EEE or better mares as they'll be better all round (and you'll be wanting to match all traits rather than just 3 for SD) |

| Training has no effect on production as it doesn't change genetics. But you can't match (or can't match as well) AD horses if they've been trained in SD as it skews what goes up what week |

| Brick is excellent. I'm most proud of the WB stud I initially named Frannie thinking he was a she, then when I discovered his manliness, I changed it to "Frannie is not a Girl." I love seeing wacky names on the LBs |
