KNN & RID definitely have the least options and highest difficulty.

TBs can't be crossed either without becoming another breed, but they're intensely popular for that fact, and breed favor. They can cross to X & AA, as well as WB studs.
SH & ISH are probably the easiest since they can cross to any and have no color restrictions. PON only slightly less so, due to height restrictions.

Like is there a single breed that has the strongest horses rating wise? Any that are overall less popular? Any with more limited color options or lower quality stock overall?
