| Puck Shergar was an Irish Thoroughbred stallion, worth about 15 million dollars, in Irish terms. He had one breeding season, breeding to 42 out of 44 mares, producing 36 foals. He was a four year old stallion, when he was horse-napped for 4 million. The ransom wasn't paid, and he was machine-gunned to death. His remains are yet to be found. |
