| I have a ACD, I did research, He plays fetch all day, my plan for him was agility, he has hip dysplasia and was diagnosed under the age of 1 year. |

| I can only agree with you, Sprite. My neighbors have a border collie because it looks cool. That dog goes out 3 times a day on walks of 15 minutes. Needless to say that dog is nuts. Barks are barely anything. |

| I don't want to start drama but I just want to say that Border Collies as a family dog is not ideal and are a working breed. the ideal family dogs are Golden Retrievers... I grew up with Goldens and cannot say anything bad about them, they can put up with so much from kids. I Don't want to make anyone upset but to whoever said they wanted a Border Collie to play with their kids is not dog smart... I'm sorry if I ruffled any feathers but that is my honest opinion. |
