You usually have to get in quick to make LC embryos if you're using a popular boy though as theres a cap of 10 per year per boy and for some reason straw embryos count towards it despite not having their own cap.

You do it in manage embryos in the vets office. You have to be watcing the stud.

I think because I'm less bothered about buying art for myself, I see the higher prices as more inspirational than anything else, because they reflect so much knowledge and experience, if that makes sense?
Jericho Stables
And in other news, I’m pretty excited. I had four horses qualify for fed championship shows. Not terrible for the first time doing it in probably ten years lol
Snitches' Stitches
I don't buy art for HEE, but I do buy art for my DnD characters, and that usually costs me $100-250 USD for the artists I usually go to.
Ashcroft Park Stud
For context, I’ve been using Photoshop etc for going on 20 years and my previous role was an in-house graphic designer, I make HEE art for fun mainly. The art community on here is a big part of the game to me <3

I get that, I've been using PSCS6 for probably around 12 years myself, but I'm *incredibly* lazy and I have a really cheapo drawing tablet. I do manips more than painting due to that, but it's not the trend here really.
Ashcroft Park Stud
Honestly I think the prices people charge on HEE are an absolute steal most of the time 😂
Snitches' Stitches
I wish the multi select on the horse search page worked on my computer
Ashcroft Park Stud
Indeed, with all art (HEE and otherwise) you’re paying for the artist’s skill built up over many years - not specifically their time on that piece
Ashcroft Park Stud
I think the amount of time spent doesn’t really equate to a higher price, personally
Vahana Hollow
Yeah, it is pretty crazy, Asfa... But I have also been on Photoshop since I was 13 (which means 11 years of experience with it), so most of my pieces are muscle memory. Hair takes up 80% of my time, while lighting, horse prep, etc, is very quick and easy. (Let's not get started on wings though, lol.)

-Click- for example I AB'd this piece for 750k which I think is an incredible deal on such amazing art

Art prices have definitely went up. I can't complain though because if I had an excess amount of eden bucks I'd definitely spend it on art lol
