| when i applied a long time ago, it was 1yr+ played, 18+, at least and hour on daily and clean stable history. i got to fill out a huge questionnaire and was presented with a couple scenarious that i had to give solutions to... but it changes according to whats needed |

| once a mod steps down or there is an opening, theres an announcement and you can apply if you fit requirements |
