His ex isn't pregnant, she's the one keeping his 1 year old son from him. His current girlfriend, who wants to go back to her ex, is pregnant. |

If any of the mentioned people were serious about a relationship, they would be married and no side people in the mix. But no one is loyal to one person anymore, so... |

He has a right to fight for custody over his kid, yeah. But he doesn't have the right to control his ex's body. She is the one who's pregnant, not him. She gets the final say. |

He DID go to court, they have another trial coming up. And no, he didn't fucking cheat, he has morals, y'know. Regardless, they're still his kids, and I think he should have a say. |

Basically, yeah. Until science allows for him to carry, he has no say in what happens to pregnancy because it is her body that's affected, not his. |
RusticRabbit |
and about the abortion, its her choice and he doesnt have any right over what she does, and thats the way it should be. |
RusticRabbit |
I gotta be honest it seems like this person is at fault. If they really want to, they would have to contact a lawyer if they haven't already. if the court already ruled that they get no contact then i think they're SOL |
TheLandOfFishAndFish |
Well, can't tell you anything about the abortion part because I don't know if abortions are legal where she lives. As for him not being able to see his kid, probably depends on if he and their mother are/were married? In that case it would be a matter of custody in the court I think. But you mentioned two women, so if this is a cheating situation then, well... The mother of the kid might understandably want her family to have nothing to do with him anymore |
Transformers Acres |
Fish Just mainly for help, and outside opinions. He's scared of losing another one of his kids, and he's been feeling shitty over this. |
TheLandOfFishAndFish |
Geek abortion laws vary depending on where you live. Morally he has no right to control what she does with her body but legally depends on whether or not abortion is legal where she lives. Not sure why you're asking a question like this in the chat of a horse game though? |
