@Em, being tall is the worst on a plane! I'm 5'11" When people recline their seat it makes it even worse.

Fang seriously man, can't be a good boss if they don't tell me these things xD
Red Hill Hollow

bird - ugh right? I'm on a tiny ass dose but without it I don't get enough deep restful sleep. hoping I can change that eventually but...it's been 10ish years now...
Birch Creek
I did 16hrs in economy.. that shit is not for the weak I just get up and down a lot cause I can't sleep on planes and my legs hurt (I'm tall so that doesn't help)
Hummingbird Meadows
@Gladius, that's fair. I can never sleep on planes, but then again I can't sleep without my meds in general so...
Gaelic Gladiacres
bird - ugh, yeah. I did try to walk around a little but I also had a window seat and a red eye flight so I mostly slept XD
Financially Stable
wow I didn't just find out you could change a rider's training. I definitely always knew that 👍
Hummingbird Meadows
Longest plane ride I've been on was 14 hours. I got up and walked regularly mostly because I started to feel antsy.
Red Hill Hollow
I’ve been reading and I tried to catch up on my some art but the sun makes it difficult
Gaelic Gladiacres
pro tip - if you're able, try to get up and walk around a bit. if you have an empty seat next to you see if you can get some stretches in. and last resort tense up all your muscles one by one toes up, wiggle them, shake them, basically just try to keep the blood from pooling in them. that's often a large part of it--so if you can elevate for a little, even if you're like putting your knees into the back of the chair in front of you, hopefully that will relieve some of it
