| i think a lot about how much happier and well behaved i would have been as a kid if my needs were met lol like i wasnt bad, but any emotions or even normal behavior were punished really severely im going to do so much better with my kids |

| We are lucky as my mother inlaw moved here to help looked after the children. I’m away 6 months at a time at sea often. |
