| it took a few weeks for the numbness to go away after I swapped the soles. I was kinda worried for a bit that it was permanent |

| I used to have to get the major arch support ones because I would get really bad nerve pain in my toes from walking ao much without support, but when they were new it would bruise my feet for the first week lol |

| I swapped mine out after the soles in the sneakers I got that were supposedly supposed to help with standing fatigue left numb spots in my heels |
