| eh, they don't make as much profit because of the lower level, but I've gotten enough back from them. and they get in the green. I find a little extra profit to be better than having them sit around eating up ebs and hay while waiting on them to train up a few levels |

| I enter levels 3-9 . Figure by 12 weeks, they got enough training to earn their keep. |

| I will say I've keep losses down by being ahead of my retiring riders. Fire them right before 65 and 900 experience in their discipline |

| I just re-enter whats in green and if I haven't hit the cap chuck the 8th places at the wall until someone sticks |
