Perfect! I call it "chop" and my babies love it. A tiny amount of fruit is better because the sugars cause hormones. Could it be the seed causing hormones in him? Too much of that can do the same in parrots |

I give him mostly veg and a bit of fruit when I can afford it. He also only gets budgie seed now instead of the parrot seed mix. (I have 2 budgies) |

Try 14 hours instead. Most birds need 12-14 so you're already on track! Whatcha feeding? |

also I can only have him in this specific room cause his cage is too big for anywhere else |

I get him covered at 7pm till 8am in a semi-dark room. I find if I uncover him before 8, he is a menace the whole day |

The parrot community is sadly very toxic in forums. :( I managed to banish all mating behaviours in my babies. How are their sleep schedules? Like, how long are they in the dark a day? |
Smiledream |
I also am staying off parrot forums because I got yelled at for simply pointing at him in a video. |

Ohhhh no no no. If he's doing any kind of attempt like that it's off to the cage for a minute. Slowly increase the time until he gets the message |

So far I cant even handle him at home cause he tries VERY hard to make chicks with my foot. (I dont know how else to explain it lol) |

Two of my cockatiels have decided that about me, too lol Best you can do is reinforce the good behaviours! Cute noises, small tricks, things as such. That way he's distracted when he's feeling clingy. :) |

Parrots scream, unfortunately. My tiels do it, my conure does it, my budgies do it, I've had macaws that did it... Is yours a velcro baby? |
