My husband had a 2017 Hyundai Elantra for a little while. Horrible car. Engine ate oil/blew. Transmission grenaded. Electrical problems. Chronic alignment issues. Just bad. |

Nice stormy! Damn fancy remote start haha, i do wish mine had a keyed ignition as nice as the press of a button is it may create some limitation if I have issues later down the line |

Mine is currently a 2024 Chevy Trax. Snagged a lifetime mechanical warranty so long as I maintain oil changes. It's the lowest trim with a convenience package, so we got heated seats and lane keep assist. Has a back up camera, remote start (being able to start my car with my phone is wicked. My husband started it for me in winter when I was over 100 miles away from his location!) but plain cruise control (not adaptive) and we have a physical key. I'm coming from a car with crank windows, no cruise control, no heated seats, no backup camera, and a keyed doors/ignition. lol. |

Haha oh the many things he does not do... But I got flippy-up headlights! -HEE Click- |

What are these luxuries!?!? Next you're going to mention push button starts and keyless entry! |

Now heated steering wheel is a luxury mine doesn’t have! But honestly it’s turned out to be the best car for me at the moment. The cruise control is awesome just one button and it’s set instead of turning it on then setting the speed as seperate button presses. I do miss my manual transmission and manual handbrake but that’s the trade of for getting the GT version lol. I want to get an old (or old style) four wheel drive again and take it camping and all sorts but that’s just a dream at this stage |

Wow. That's a cool car! I drive stick, and was thinking about it today actually - I've driven a standard transmission car for like 15 years (first vehicle I learned to drive). Had a trip to the mechanic last week, and my radio is trying to quit this week. But I know like everything about my car; I know all the sounds and how things work, and I've stripped the interior to the base. I hate change too. and can't pay off a car loan that quickly |

ZZ Our electric car has a heated steering wheel too, and we love it so much :P |

I was an old car person all my life, preferredhow they felt, how they looked, the simplicity. Drove a 94 Pajero wagon and loved that thing, but its gearbox died and I decided to go new. Payed the loan off in 3 years (big ass down payment) and it’s been so worth it simply for the heated seats |

I love my car so much, but it's definitely starting to really show its age - but also totally freaked out by 'new' cars. Mine is 30 years old, so basically that's any car made this century XD |
Black Dragon Stable |
It doesn't help that I have a 'new' car... and requires a very specific oil change interval to maintain the warranty. I'm used to a 21 year old beater corolla that I could change the oil whenever I got to it and not worry about it. lol |
