| Ally it's not to bad but am a heavy soda drinker. Am hoping to eventually get back to having one ever so often. I can have Apple juice and strawberry and kiwi. |

| Ally any caffeine cause flares up so as much as I want to down a cold can of coke. All I want is just one soda so bad. |

| The only soda I drink it zero sugar and even then I only have about one or two a week. Im strictly on water throughout the day |

| Ally I feel that, I used to be 150 pounds 5ft tall. Am officially 116 now. All tho I lost all mine because I have lymphocytic colitis. Just found that out via the colonoscopy. |
