| Sweet! I wish our horse could have been on property, even just bringing him home for a couple weeks at a time, but we just never had the facility for it. He was a 7 minute car ride instead, so not too far. |

| TBD. I get them once all the agreed upon work is finished since I wanted it turnkey. I "own" the land. It's my parent's but my name is also on the paperwork. It won't be fully mine till they pass, which I hope won't be for another 30-40 years lol |
