| I completely forgot to include the other half of my chimera explanation lmao. So, the term is also used to describe animals born from a fusion of separate embryos and genes, which result in two different sets of genes and, therefore, two different coats. |

| In real life chimeras happen when two embryos fuse during development so the baby ends up with two different sets of DNA and if they have different colors, that is when you get a baby that looks like that. It can happen in any animal, even humans, but it is extremely rare |
