I didn't realize acid could cause fibromyalga flair up
I just have a good heap of allergies, the low acid gut & am recovering from a past chronic mold exposure

So I used to be more sensitive but I found out I have low accid gut
Which ironically caused acid reflux
So I started eating high acid food
Like putting lemon in my fried potatoes or have a glass of cranberry with my dinner etc
Helped a ton
