| She was getting older, her hips (of course, gsd) were starting to give her problems. So she started peeing on herself, I thought it was just hips/back/old having problems squatting. Ended up being a tumor in her bladder. There wasn't really options with her age, the type of tumor, where it was located. She would have had to live with a catheter for the rest of her life. And I wasn't about to do that to her. |

| nah horses mature for breeding about 12-18 months, though weve had colts get study as early as 4 months, the colt we have this year is getting gelded before we turn him out with the other 2 babies because hes already studdy |

| just 'cause they're youngsters doesn't mean they're not capable of breeding |

| Yeah, found a foal on their property, thought someone had abandoned it since it was a few fence lines away from their horses. Ended up checking all their mares the next day and found one that had recently given birth. They didn't know she was pregnant. |
