| Yeah, there's definitely a difference in hurt like "doing the work" and hurt "ow that is Painful" also not a bad idea to work up to something by starting with modified or more gentle exercises |

| River - aaah. I'd be worried that either you're straining yourself further than you should to complete the exercise(s) or your shoulder muscles aren't developed enough, too (mostly traps/lats) |
