I love the variety of shades for the base coats.

Here's an example... this gal is light bay with sooty. -HEE Click- If I did a reroll, the sooty, markings and the "light" part could all change.

Like bays... you can reroll and have regular bay, light bay, mahogany bay, or golden bay. It's kinda neat. But otherwise you'll just get different markings on the horses.
Elite Perfection

sometimes when you reroll it won't change anything. but thats a very rare chance.

So Jezarae, the "official" answer is "You can reroll their image and have their markings and patterns regenerated randomly. Only their markings and patterns (including things such as shade of base coat and modifiers) will change, their genes will not change."

ok I guess because brindle is random, can't be bred for, thats what has my brain saying rerolls can give it? I know in the past I have rerolled and received a brindle, but it was many moons ago.

A bay horse can never be rerolled tp chestnut but it can get a different shade of bay (copper, golden and so on)
Jezarae
05:41:15
I didnt know there are different shades. That's cool
Jezarae
05:40:34
I thought the genetics are what lead to the color/pattern. So I dont understand how color can change without genetics. Like LPLP is needed for certain patterns
ArcticLights

Some brindle colours are same as base coat
Narran Park
05:38:54 Sting
It changed the Appearance of the current colours, rather.
Elite Perfection

Elite Perfection

I've rerolled and gotten brindle before... as well as lost a brindle?
ArcticLights
05:37:50 Ceci / (Call me) AL
It changes colours but not genes
Narran Park
05:37:48 Sting
It refreshes your horses photo to something different.
Different shad/pattern/ markings etc. But the horses genetics dont change.

You cant change a chestnut to a black, but you can get a darker chestnut with a different set of markings.
Palomino Star Valley
