| Oh yes! Im down 38lbs so far! Im very proud of myself. Thank you for the encouragement *hugs* @Gems Oh yes I have seen little progress and then huge progress! I have been on my diet since November although I didnt take it seriously until January. | Even teeny tiny changes will have results over time. Just do it gradually and everything will become second nature :) |

| I was very shocked at the number on the scale though. I have been slacking a bit on my journey (monthly lol) and Im down another 2lbs |

| My doctor said if I work myself up to the dose she wants me at I shouldn't have as many side affects as going all in. One is weight loss which Im okay with because Im on a weight loss journey and it would help lol @Gem |

| Yea its not even 9am lol. I got diagnosed with chronic headaches unfortunately :( I just started a medication that I have to slowly up the dose so hopefully in a month maybe two months I will feel better |

| Snow/Gem I've been wrestling and riding horses for going on 16 years, which is a majority of my entire life, so I'm not surprised that I get the gnarliest cramps and when I'm sore, I am SORE sore! xD |
