I desperately wish I could be comfortable going onto ADHD meds. It has upended my life one too many times over the years and I'm sick to fucking death of it. But I'm already on heavy medication for bipolar type I and depression/anxiety, and my psychiatrist has warned me that ADHD stimulants could trigger instability in my mood up to and including full mania |

Lo I understand having a comfort item. I used to use vaping to help calm me down, too. |

I have depression, generalized anxiety and a severe panic disorder, so mine calms me down so much. It's almost like a comfort item, unfortunately. |

That's why I got hooked on it. I have ADHD but I'm not currently taking medication for it, and it slowed my mind down pleasantly |

Ven, I definitely need to lay off the vaping, too. It's just so hard. I've been vaping basically my whole adult life, and it's a real helper when it comes to stress and anxiety management. |

The only real physical complaint I've had recently is an issue with circulation and feeling faint when I stand up after sitting too long, but that has gotten SO much better since I quit vaping. |
