| When I read an introduction Bio for someone giving a lecture or class I just scan through for the part that tells me they really are just like me, not just some bullshit artist trying to tell me how smart they are. Actions matter, but that feeling that you are not much different from them is what makes them feel if they listen to you they can be as good as you someday. |

| Just try to think of things that will make people reading it say "Hey, that's kind of like me, I can relate to this person so I guess I'll pay attention to anything she wants to say just because we are sort of alike. No one wants to learn from someone they feel they have nothing in common with. |
