| amity - honestly not bad I think, typically for WWW I've heard it said the best are all up (even numbers) on wk 4 and 8 at least, sometimes will poke one or two stats on 7 |

| glacier - depends on the rating but ideally when you have 2 bars in the level you're going for in the traits they use. so for a level 3 cross country horse you want at least a week of 6 bars (3 colors) in hrt/spd/str |
