| 😆 no, they did. They were working off the blueprint which is 15 and a half. It's just called 16 because of the roof. We were under the impression the actual house was sixteen |

| Framers were supposed to make the frame with a 6 inch overhang so the skirting would be on the cement and not the ground. Guess what they didn't do |
