Dream, I feel that. I was diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and chronic PTSD because of the moves and some things I went through in another country. I was on medication for it when I met my boyfriend. I struggled in the dating scene on my campus so I just went to dating apps to try it. I told my parents and they kinda freaked out on me and my dad reasoned with my mom that it was ok for me to do that. And they are very happy with who I found through that experience. IÂ’m not in any way saying dating apps are the way to go because they caused me more anxiety than good to be honest. But IÂ’m glad I did it.
I personally think dating should happen a little later in life- like during college or something. I JUST say that because by then you're more mature and know who you are more and can pick someone from a more mature standpoint- like it's not because "they're cute" it's because "I like them as a person"
