| The fear of bothering people is spot on! I absolutely detest waking people up... family members, friends, anyone. I will avoid it at all costs lol |

| I'm in a leadership position over 70 people and often have to lecture them like a parent over stupid STUPID stuff.. and by often it's at LEAST once a week... my fear for talking in front of a group anymore is pretty minimal thank gawd. In high school I had horrible anxiety over it and spilled a drink in my lap minutes before the presentation and being short. I was going to hold the poster but the teacher kept yelling at me to raise it higher so mid presentation I had to explain that I didn't piss my pants.. and for years after that I would cry with the anticipation of being in front of a class |

| Im slightly better at picking up phone calls nowadays as I was rung a lot at the farm just for general "has anything died/come and get the quad" discussions which has cured me a little bit. But actually making a phone call takrs at least 15 minutes of pacing and deep breaths to build up to. Same with knocking on doors lol- I think I have a fear of bothering people |

| i used to work retail / customer service and half my job was making phone calls xD that was fine, but something i need to call for myself? ill take months to get around to it xD |

| I had to do a 20-minute presentation for my capstone. My heart was pounding so hard, and I could barely breathe, but I powered through! I still hate any type of public presentation though lol. I forced myself to go first in the presentation lineup so people would forget by the end of the hour. |
