| I switched from drinking coffee to drinking herbal teas and Gatorade |

| But really the only times I have issues sleeping is if I eat chocolate or if it is too hot in the bedroom |

| Yeah that is the downside to my meds. Waking up early sucks. But since my fibromyalgia has been better it has gotten easier |

| Melatonin will make me fall asleep but not stay asleep. And any sleep medication will make me feel like crap when I wake up |
