Yep, fatty fat liver. Time to turn into a squirrel and eat nuts and leaves.

So the news is in. My doctor says I have non alcoholic fatty fat liver. At least it's not cancer, right? Lol.
Nightingales Ridge
Humans are too lol but jokes aside we certainly have protected areas for birds. Wild cats n ferrets etc get trapped if they were to wander into those areas so you'd definitely want domestics inside. Mousers are bit different
Heartbeat Haven
Sadly outdoor cats are technically invasive. And their population is ouuuuut of control, so I always recommend indoor. If they're not able to be kept indoor, either a catio or bell collar is my next go-to lol

My cat that recently passed was a good hunter. Always left us mice. Some frogs. She even caught weasels a few times and they STINK.
Heartbeat Haven
Lyssa, Oh good! Well now you know then, ahah. Unless they're a barn cat watching your grain, I never, ever recommend keeping a cat outdoors. Dangerous not only for the birds, but for the cat itself, too!
