| It surprisingly doesn't taste awful with the extra yeast. But it def needed a few more minutes to bake so that sucks. I forgot to set a timer so I winged it and failed |

| I don't make sourdough so I can't speak for that, I just make amish white bread but I find it fairly easy. The trickiest part is the yeast and making sure you get it right. I didn't even realize I had too much yeast until I looked over the recipe after my dough was made |

| Oooh Lyra, I kind of wanted to start making bread, is it really as easy as others say it is, meaning like just a few ingredients and doesn't take too much time? Cause I'm horrible at any baking |

| I also have a pretty small apartment with 3 kids so there's toys everywhere and my bed is in the living room. The awkwardness was heavy. |

| Literally. It doesn't help my landlord also owns his own electricity company and hires all of his sons. So one came who couldn't have been older than like 19. And my house smells like a sour foot because I accidentally doubled the yeast in the bread I was making...🥲 |

| We had someone come do work at our house a few years ago. Had to have a bathroom gutted due to a leak and a water main replaced. It is super awkward when you work from home and they are just downstairs working away lol |

| Why does it feel so awkward to have electricians/workers come into your home and just do things while you casually exist in the background .-. |
