| One of the neighbors had a golden retriever outside 24/7 in a kennel with a cable and a training collar the dog's coat was severely matted and animal control was called |

| Worst case I ever saw, was an Old English Sheepdog. Had twigs embedded in it's coat the size of a pencil, 2 fish hooks, loaded with fleas and ticks. Pure neglect. |

| I think dog groomers should charge extra to people who bring their dog in for grooming with a matted coat |
