| I did go through a phase of having all my proven producing broods named so I could find them easily, but I ran out of inspo quite quickly so the vast majority just have NAME at the end xD Which ironically makes it easier to find them than it would if I'd named them properly |

| I only prefer naming my geldings (when I can make myself get around to it lol) because the generated names or ID numbers get confusing when I'm entering them on the easy show page |

| I'm all about aesthetic, I really enjoy picking out names and stuff like that lol |

| ryn, I have about a thousand horses so too much for me lol and that’s not even a lot compared to many people here XD |

| Only my WWWs and WWEs get named properly. Sometimes colour studs too if I can be arsed, but that's just so ive got less to type to find combos xD |

| I do name - ratings - week 3 training For my SDs, got it from Min as it helps with matching 400+ mares to studs on RO. Geldings really get just chucked into barns. Those that get named have to be exceptional |

| I always take the lazy route and get a horse name generator, pick one I think fits the horse, and get a symbol :sob: |

| And any random color studs are just “Color Stud” then a generic name like this pretty guy lol -HEE Click- |

| Number ID for show stock is my way too, just easier and I only mess with them to show |

| I've bought geldings that were already named, and I'd usually just let them keep it and add the rating if they didn't have it lol less work for me, though I'm still lazy about it XD |

| Then you can write it down and use it for a horse you are actually going to keep. I don't name my sale horses, there's way to many that are staying that recently go unnamed due to lack of time (I won't breed them though unless they are named - they deserve that much if I make them have foals!) |
